1. Return & Refund Eligibility
A. Standard Equipment
We accept returns of standard equipment under the following conditions:
- Return Window: 14 days from the shipment date.
- Condition: The equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and free from damage.
- Return Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and insurance.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned standard equipment.
- Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after our warehouse inspects the returned item.
B. Custom-Built Equipment
Due to the nature of custom manufacturing, custom-built equipment is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
However, if the equipment has manufacturing defects, we provide the following resolution options:
- Joint Inspection: A third-party inspection (SGS/BV) can be arranged for verification.
- Remedies: Depending on the findings, we may offer repair, replacement, or a credit note.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email info@gepecotech.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: If eligible, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
- Shipping Back the Item: Securely pack the item, attach the provided return label, and ship it using a trackable method.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Warranty & Defect Resolution
- All our equipment comes with a 12-month warranty from the shipment date.
- Warranty covers non-consumable components only.
- Improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events void the warranty.
- For warranty claims, please contact service@gepecotech.com with details and supporting documentation.
4. Dispute Resolution
- We strive to resolve all issues amicably within 30 days.
- If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to CIETAC arbitration in Beijing.
- The governing law is the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
